This is an appeal from judgment on a verdict for the death of a three-year-old child. Defendant operates a street car line on 18th Street in the City of Erie, turning its cars on a “Y” at the intersection of 18th and Cranberry Streets. Eighteenth Street extends east and west, Cranberry Street intersecting at right angles.
