Cornelia B. Knox, Guardian of Virginia Knox, has appealed from a judgment rendered against her in the circuit court of Shelby county for costs. The suit was instituted to recover $3000 on a benefit certificate issued on the life of the late Miles S. Buckingham, the grandfather of Virginia Knox.
