This is a suit in the form of an action of trespass to try title, brought by appellant against the appellees. The land sued for is a strip 44 feet and 4 inches wide and 128 feet and 8 inches long along the northern ends of lots 12, 13, and 14 in the southwest quarter of outlot No. 68 in the city of Galveston.
