This bill is by a wife against her husband under the Act of July 21, 1913, P. L. 867. The bill alleges that the husband, without any reason or cause therefor, wilfully and maliciously deserted and abandoned the plaintiff, his wife, together with three minor children, and prays that a purchase-money mortgage given by defendants, William Fowler and Mary Ellen, his wife, to plaintiff and
