Maria Fortunato, an alien, filed her petition in April last to be admitted to citizenship. Hearing was had thereon on the 14th day of the present month — September, 1925. At that hearing it appeared that the petitioner had complied with all the conditions precedent and that generally she was well qualified for citizenship.
