In the State of Pennsylvania, John and Nick Jerko signed a promissory note for $3553, payable six months after date. The Green-ville National Bank of Pennsylvania was payee. Annexed to the note was a warrant of attorney authorizing the confession of a judgment, “authorizing any attorney or Prothonotary in this State or elsewhere to enter and confess judgment against us.
