As we view the record in this case, the decisive question is whether the plaintiff, Adeline Allen, a resident and citizen of Waterloo, Iowa, who began suit on December 23, 1921, in the district court of Blackhawk county, Iowa, for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received at Waterloo, Iowa, on November 16, 1921, as the
