On the 3d day of June,''1919, Joe Ross and wife, Mary Ross, the owners of 191 acres of land in Limestone county, Tex., executed and delivered to Louis Gutman an oil lease of said land, by the terms of which Gutman was to pay to Ross and wife a certain royalty.
