Affirming.

Louis G-orenz lost the sight of an eye while in the employ of the United States Coal & Coke Company. Each had accepted the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act and they entered into an agreement for the payment of $12.00 a week for 100 weeks in full of the amount due Gorenz for the injury.
