This action arises out of a receivership which has resulted in much litigation. We give the facts in chronological order. The First National Bank of Aberdeen, having a mortgage on certain real estate belonging to' Emma A. Cranmer and her husband, S. H. Cranmer, commenced an action in the circuit court of Brown county to foreclose the mortgage.
