Pursuant to a jury's verdict on special issues and to stated additional findings of fact by the court, judgment for $13,000 was entered herein against appellants in favor of appellee as damages — $6,750 of it actual, and $6,250 exemplary — for the alleged fraudulent sale by them to him of the Republic Tire Company, a corporate concern, of Houston, Tex.
