Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court January 7, 1927 (O'Reilly's Case)

The deceased employee, a boy nineteen years of age, made his home with his father, mother, a brother and a sister. On October 8,1920, he received injuries that proved fatal while in the employment of the Beacon Oil Company, *207a subscriber under the workmen’s compensation act. It is not disputed that his injuries arose out of and in the course of his employment.
