Heard on defendant’s motion for a new trial based upon the usual grounds after verdict for plaintiff for $4500.

This suit is to recover for personal injuries caused to plaintiff in a collision between an auto truck which plaintiff was driving and an electric car of defendant at or near the corner of Snow and Washington Streets in Providence on January 18, 1924, about 2 P. M.
