Albert Weissbaum and Gene Hunter, alias Gene Ambrose, a woman, were indicted in the criminal court of Cook county for the robbery of Elmer Sachs, the defendants being then and there armed with a dangerous weapon, to-wit, a pistol. Weissbaum pleaded guilty.
