Affirming.

The city of Hopkinsville, in Christian county, maintained and operated a quarry located in its suburbs, but whether within or without its corporate limits does not definitely appear in the record. The product of the quarry was used in constructing, repairing, and maintaining the streets of the city, as appears from the averments of the petition.
