Appellant, the state, on the relation of the attorney-g’eneral, filed its bill in the chancery court of Adams county against appellees the Sisters of Mercy of Vicksburg, Bight B ever end Bichard Gerow, Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Natchez, Miss Emma Wood, whose religious name is Sister Imelda, and appellants Frank J. Julienne, Louis N.
