On June 12,1928, tbe plaintiff designated tbe First State Bank of Columbus a depositary of tbe funds belonging to tbe plaintiff, requiring from tbe bank a bond in tbe sum of $5,000 to secure tbe repayment of tbe funds. Tbe defendants Altner and Flugge are tbe sureties upon said bond given July 25, 1928.
