This cause arises out of the following undisputed facts; Hutton owned real property in Dallas county, and on July 1, 1927, contracted with Inge & Burgher for the erectioh of a brick building thereon. August 1, 1927, Inge & Burgher made a subcontract with L. W. Stanfill, by which the latter agreed to do certain concrete work on the building.
