Appellant, Central Texas Mutual Life Association, prosecutes this appeal from a judgment against it in favor of appellees, Mayme C. Beaty, Alinel Beaty, Billy Horace Beaty, and Jane Marie Beaty, ,on a certificate of membership issued by appellant to Horace R. Beaty, deceased. The trial was before the court upon an agreed statement of facts.
