Libelants claim the sum of $50.63 each, a total of $3,645.33, under a written agreement with the respondent Alaska-Portland Packers Association for the salmon fishing season of 1928 in Alaskan waters. The agreement referred to was attached to and made a part of the shipping articles, and each of the men signed the agreement.
