The appellant is an attorney at law, and this appeal is from a decree disbarring him from the practice of law. An order was entered in the court below reciting that “whereas S. D. Redmond, . . . members of this Bar, are unfit persons to practice in the Courts of Mississippi, and have forfeited their rights so to do.
