Hazard, J.

Although the defendant pleaded guilty in this case, and has paid the small fine imposed, he has taken this appeal, and in it, and in the brief filed by his attorney upon the argument, has raised about all the questions that could possibly be involved in a criminal case. First, the claim is made that he was arrested illegally without a warrant.
