This is an appeal from a judgment in the sum of $1,000 in favor of appellee, Tom Johnson, against the Northside Chevrolet Company, a subsidiary of the appellant, Cooke-Teague Motor Company, for damages suffered by Johnson in a collision with a truck driven by an employee of the motor company.
