These two cases are before us on the motion of Industrial Trust Company to dismiss the bill in equity, the demurrer of respondent, Elizabeth V. Wholey, to the bill of complaint and the motion of the Co-lumbian National Life Insurance Company to stay the prosecution of the action at law pending the determination of the suit in equity.
