This action was brought by the appellee, Helen Trautman, against the appellant to recover a money judgment for $1,291.00, claimed as due appellee from Allen County, Indiana, as the unpaid balance of her compensation for services in the office of the assessor for Wayne township for 645% days in the years of 1924, 1925, and 1926, figured at six dollars per day, totaling $3,873.
