The two above-entitled suits were consolidated below for trial on the same evidence, will be so disposed of on this appeal, and in which separate decrees will be entered.

The two cases were tried by a jury which brought in a verdict in favor of the Reverend Jos. Van Baast for $20,915.50, the amount claimed by him, and for $179.40, the amount sued for by the Congregation of St.
