Plaintiff sues to recover $950, the amount of damages alleged to have been done to his truck, trailer, and winch, by defendant’s bus, negligently and carelessly driven by its operator on the Greenwood road, seven miles west of the city of Shreveport, the morning of March 15, 1932.
