William D. Grimes and wife owned lands described as S.W.%, See. 21; W.%, See. 32; N.% N.E.14, S.E.% N.E.%, and N.E.% S.E.%, See. 33; all in TP- 18 S., R. 38 E., containing 640 acres. So owning these three noncontiguous tracts, he included them in a single “oil and gas mining lease” to Gypsy Oil Company.
