Error is prosecuted to this court by the plaintiffs below, Joseph Scholl and others, who here seek a reversal of a judgment entered on the verdict of the jury sustaining the last will and testament of Jacob Scholl. It is claimed that error, prejudicial to the rights of the plaintiffs, intervened in the trial of this cause, and that thereby justice has not been rendered.
