Petitioner prays the issuance of a writ prohibiting the circuit court of Saline County from hearing and adjudging a suit wherein the Arkansas Construction Commission was garnished by a plaintiff who sought to enforce a demand against his debtor who had been employed by the Construction Commission in the discharge of the duties conferred upon it by act 180 of the Acts of 1929, page 884.
