Walter Jurek was indicted and convicted in the criminal court of Cook county. He was charged with receiving stolen property. His trial was had before the court without a jury on September 19, 1933. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were overruled and judgment was entered sentencing him to the penitentiary.
