This is an appeal by tfie Sooner Oil & Gas Company from an order of tfie State Board of Equalization assessing the property of said company for taxation for tfie year of 1932. Tfie sole contention is that the State Board of Equalization was without jurisdiction to assess said property and that tfie same was properly assessed by tfie county assessor of Creek county.
