For a recited consideration of $1 and love and affection, J. E. South conveyed to Mrs. Jtiattie Nash, by general warranty deed, certain land in Dallas county, reserving to the grantor a life estate. Mrs. Nash and her husband, J. A. Nash, moved upon the land, occupying with South a house upon the same.
