Appellee sued appellant in the county court of Hardin county to recover on a promissory note in the sum of $270. The note was executed January 20, 1928, by appellant, payable to the order of appellee thirty days after-date, bearing interest at the rate of 10 percent. per annum, and contained the usual 10 per cent, attorney’s fee clause.
