This is an appeal from a judgment entered after an order sustaining demurrer to appellant’s complaint. The action is brought under the provisions of sections 231, 232, 233, and 234, title 31, USCA, by appellant for himself and for the United States. The liability sought to be enforced is predicated upon section 80, title 18, USCA.
