JANVIER, Judge.

This action ex delicto grows out of a collision between two motor vehicles which took place on the night of July 13, 1933, on the highway between Ponchatou-la and Manchac, La. There were involved a large motortruck owned and driven by Cologero Masaracchia and an even larger tractor and trailer owned by defendant Inter-City Express Lines, Inc., and driven by one of its employees.
