This is an action under the survival act (3 Comp. Laws 1929, § 14040) for injuries received by plaintiff’s decedent in an automobile accident on a county highway in Ottawa county and from the record we find that plaintiff’s decedent left Grand Rapids at 7 p. m., accompanied by one Archie Lish. They drove to Marne and then turned south.
