This suit was filed in the District Court of Montague County, Texas, by Dan L. Martin against Farm and Home Savings and Loan Association, a private corporation, organized and chartered under the laws of Missouri, with a permit to do business in this State. By petition in the district court Martin sought to have declared paid a certain $3,000.
