Alex Coker and Annie Coker, husband and wife, acquired the 280 acres of land in *Page 903 controversy. They had seven children, one of whom was named Charles B. Coker, and his widow and surviving children are the appellees here. Alex Coker died September 16, 1920, and his widow continued to live on the lands until about June 29, 1930, when she died.
