lead-opinion
The evidence is insufficient to justify the decision that defendants' were negligent. Such decision is against law. The cases uniformly support the rule to the effect that the leaving of cars by a railroad company on its tracks in such a position as to obstruct the view of a traveler at a crossing is not negligence per se. Headnote to 47 A.L.R. 287.
