This is an action to determine adverse claims to a quarter section of land in Burke county. The trial court found in favor of the defendants and plaintiff demands a trial de novo in this court.

The only issue submitted to the court is one of fact and it must be conceded that if the facts are not as claimed by the plaintiff the judgment is correct.
