The decedent, Carl A. Carlson, signed two wills in the last year of his life — one in Portland April 7, 1932, and the other in Jonkoping, Sweden, August 18, 1932. He died in the latter city January 4, 1933. The Oregon will was admitted to probate in the circuit court of Multnomah county in common form April 18, 1933.
