Defendants in error (hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs) attorneys residing in Buffalo, N. Y., brought this suit against Alexander C. Hynd, plaintiff in error (hereinafter, referred to as defendant) also a resident of Buffalo, to recover fees for professional services rendered. Hynd appeals from an adverse judgment.
