Appellant, Lula Smith, joined formally by her husband, brought suit in the district court of Grayson county against appellee, Andy Totton, on three promissory notes executed by Totton, each reserving a vendor’s lien on certain real estate situate in the town of Van Alstyne, in Grayson county, alleged to have been conveyed to ap-pellee by said appellant.
