The original action was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, on the 11th day of April, 1935, by Henry A. Reinhard. as trustee, praying for declaratory judgment as to the proper distribution of the trust funds, as provided under Item 11 of the last will and testament of Jacob Reinhard, deceased, and also further instructions as to rights and
