On November 13, 1934, the plaintiff, Mary E. Lachenmyer, recovered a judgment against W. M. Glotfelty in the circuit court of Champaign county, Illinois, for $15,000' for injuries sustained by her in a collision between Grlotfelty’s taxicab number 104, serial number 9422, and an automobile in which plaintiff was riding on April 22, 1934.
