This is an action for injunction. Plaintiffs had decree. Defendants have appealed.

This is the second appearance of this cause in this court. The trial court sustained a demurrer to plaintiffs’ petition. Plaintiffs refusing to further plead, a judgment .of dismissal was entered. Plaintiffs appealed, and the judgment of the district court was reversed.
