This appeal comes from a decree vacating and setting aside a divorce decree issued at a former term of the chancery court. W. P. Dengler sued Minnie Mae Dengler for a divorce on the ground of desertion. Summons was issued and served and return made thereon for more than twenty days before the case came on for trial.
