In May, 1933, the appellant O. D. Stringer was appointed by the county court of Pulaski county guardian for Dorothy, Willard, and Kenneth Stringer, children of his deceased brother. He served until January 18, 1935, when a motion was made before the county court to remove him for dereliction of duties.
