Guy L. Deano, Inc.,' a corporation engaged in the business of real estate agent, acting under a written authorization to sell a certain piece of real estate owned by Joseph B. Michel, located in the City of New Orleans, secured as a purchaser Miss Victoria M. Bauman, who signed a written offer for $8,500, which offer Michel accepted.
